Big Chief
- 2 oz small batch bourbon
- ½ oz Amaro Averna
- ½ oz sweet vermouth (Typically Punt e Mes)
- orange peel for garnish
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- In a mixing glass, add the bourbon, amaro, and vermouth.
- Add ice and stir to thoroughly chill.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel expressed over the glass with a match to ignite the oils before dropping in.
