In a medium bowl , whisk together all the ingredients except the beef.
Add the beef and mix well before covering with plastic wrap.
Place beef in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
When ready to cook, heat the grill to Medium-High heat, clean the grate and lightly oil with vegetable oil.
Skewer the beef onto skewers in an exaggerated wavy manner without pulling the waves to tightly together. Reserve the marinade.
Grill the skewers for 2 to 4 minutes on the first side to create grill marks and slight charring. The skewers will release from the grate when ready to turn.
Grill the second side for another 2 to 4 minutes, drizzling the reserved marinade over the beef.
Finish grilling until desired doneness and serve with warm peanut sauce.
