Ingredients
  • 1 part Grangestone Sherry Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1 part sweet vermouth (I used Carpano Antica)
  • 1 part Cherry Heering
  • 1 part orange juice
  • orange peel and cherry for garnish
Instructions
  1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker ⅔ with ice.
  2. Add all the ingredients, except garnish, to the mixing glass or shaker.
  3. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a twisted orange peel.
