Caffè Corretto
- 1½ oz chilled espresso (I used HighBrew Coffee Black and Bold)
- ¾ oz Galliano Ristretto
- ½ oz Amaro di Toscana
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- Chill a cocktail glass with ice.
- Add ice and all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake to chill thoroughly, approximately 20 - 30 seconds.
- Remove ice from cocktail glass.
- Strain cocktail into chilled glass and add a few ice cubes.
