Creole Seasoning
- 1½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp parsley
- Combine all the ingredients and store in a sealed jar away from heat and light.
I use an empty spice jar that has been cleaned and dried with the label removed (to avoid any confusion!)
