Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
- 6 - 8 oz broccoli flowerets and sectioned stems (bite size).
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- In a small bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the broccoli into a single layer on a baking sheet,
- Roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
- Remove the broccoli to a bowl and toss with the parmesan cheese before serving.
