Dark and Stormy
- 2 parts dark rum (I prefer Blackwell or Seale's)
- juice from ½ lime
- 6 oz ginger beer (I prefer Reed's Extra Ginger Brew)
- Fill a tall glass ½ full of ice cubes.
- Add the rum.
- Squeeze the ½ lime into the glass.
- Top with ginger beer and gently swirl to combine.
