I made this recipe with full amounts of the major ingredients of pumpkin and cream cheese so you can bring this delectable to parties and gatherings, because this simple, yet tasty dessert is best when shared. So let’s indulge ourselves, family, and friends with this treat and celebrate Fall in fine fashion!
In a medium bowl, add the cream and mix on medium until frothy, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix on Medium\Medium-High until stiff peaks form. Transfer whipped cream to a second bowl. In the medium bowl (no need to clean it), add the cream cheese and mix on Medium-Low until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and spices, mix on Medium until well incorporated.
Add the whipped cream and fold it in until smooth and consistent.
Transfer mixture to a piping bag with a medium tip (or a recloseable bag). Pipe mixture into small ramekins or dessert cups in a circular fashion. Sprinkle additional ground cinnamon as a garnish.
