Menu for the 5th Week of November

Well, I had a tough time sticking to last week’s menu plan as you may have seen. I switched up Monday’s meal for Wednesday’s dinner, then went out Wednesday and skipped dinner altogether on Friday. So, that means I have a few meals to move forward to this week – namely Bulgogi Rouladen and Yellow Curry Chicken. Those dishes are a great start to this week’s menu planning and the other meals will be equally delicious, even if I say so myself! Shall we get started with planning what is for dinner this last week of November?


Sunday – Thanksgiving Leftovers

I finished up the Thanksgiving leftovers while watching football. It was a great day to stay in and just be lazy.


Monday – Bulgogi Rouladen

Let’s get last week cleaned up early this week, shall we?


Tuesday – Pork Loin Chop and Farro with Mushrooms and Peas

Here is a great cooler weather comfort food type meal. At least I think so…


Wednesday – Drunken Noodles

I am swapping out the Yellow Curry Chicken from last week for this dish. I think it is high time I made this meal as it has been a while. And I like those spicy Thai style flavors!


Thursday – Mahi Mahi

How about a new recipe for Mahi Mahi? I have a few ideas percolating for this one.


Friday – Ravioli with Prosciutto and Asparagus

This dish will have a slight tweak from the linked recipe, but I think you will see the easy substitution I made.


Saturday – Paella

This dish is another favorite I haven’t made in a while. I think it is time to remedy that mistake!
