Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Place a slice of cheese on each slice of baguette.
Broil on second shelf for 3 -4 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Arrange the cheesy baguettes onto a serving plate.
Top each with either pepper jelly, fig jam, or honey.
Add sliced fruit, nuts and/or olives to the serving plate, if desired.
